*External Practical Opportunity*

Join CSNN Grad and Instructor, Audrey McDonough, and Founder of The Quiet Company, Emily Thring, for an interactive discussion led by wellness advocate and CSNN Grad, Kim D’Eon, about the body-mind-spirit connection. Experience firsthand the benefits of practicing mindfulness and meditation with a short session led by Emily; then learn more about the physiological responses to stress and how to manage it, holistically – setting intentions, the power of mind over matter, energy & quantum physics, and more.

We would love for you to participate in the chat, and invite your network to join the conversation on Wednesday, September 5th at 8PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)!

Please find the Facebook Live event link HERE. We invite you to share the details and tag @CSNNNational #CSNNLive

Presented by the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition – like @CSNNNational on Facebook and tune into the Live discussion on Wednesday, September 5th at 8:00PM EDT to get the answers to your top body, mind and spirit questions!

For those unable to tune in LIVE, the event replay will be posted on the CSNN News & Events page, as well as the CSNN YouTube channel, after September 5th.

DEMISE OF SMALL CHICKENS

Demise of Small Chickens – obviously for profitability & feasibility but further to note in this revealing statement from Robin Horel, chief executive of the Canadian Poultry and Egg Processing Council “the (bigger) birds are not older, but simply grow more quickly than they did in the past”.  Uh oh… Eco-minded nutritionists, how do they do that …..
